I don't know if I am part of an organization or if I am considered an individual. If you are a teacher or administrator with a school district, you should register as a member of an organization. This will allow you to be identified with your school or district and be informed of updates or additions to your district's School Specialty products. If you are an international teacher or if you do not work for a school, district, or university, please register as an individual. I can't find my school/district in the system. What should I do? If your organization is not found, please try modifying your search criteria. For additional assistance please contact School Specialty Support at (800) 358-4684 between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM (EST) or email us at customerservice.delta@schoolspecialty.com. I am trying to choose an appropriate password, but the system keeps telling me I have entered "invalid data." To be considered valid, your FOSSweb password must be at least 8 characters in length and is case-sensitive. If you can't remember your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the homepage. I am a teacher and I forgot my username and/or password. Your username is your email address. Please make sure you are using your school email address. If you registered using a different email address, you can register again using your school email. If you forgot your password, go to the log-in box on the FOSSweb homepage and click Forgot password. You will be prompted to enter your email address (username). You will receive an email with a link that allows you to change your password. You have 48 hours to reset your password with this email. If you do not receive a reset email within 10 minutes, check your spam box. If you cannot find the email, make sure that your school's firewall has whitelisted schoolspecialty.com and unblocks any emails coming from loginhelp@schoolspecialty.com. Where can I find my access code? Where you find your code depends on which edition of FOSS you are using. If you have purchased FOSS K-8 Next Generation, FOSS Third Edition, FOSS Second Edition Middle School, or FOSS Texas Edition, you will find a FOSSweb access code inside the cover of your Investigations Guide. Each code is module specific and will provide you with full access to FOSSweb teacher resources for that module after online activation. If you do not have the access code, or have lost it, please contact the person in your building responsible for FOSS materials purchases. If you use FOSS Elementary Second Edition, FOSS Middle School First Edition, or FOSS California Edition, please contact FOSSweb Tech Support at techsupport.science@schoolspecialty.com to receive your access code. The code you receive will open up all the modules for your edition, so we recommend you select only those modules you use most to appear in your My FOSS Modules. If you aren't sure what edition you are using, you can tell the difference by looking at your teacher materials. FOSS K-8 Next Generation, FOSS Third Edition Elementary, FOSS Texas Edition, and FOSS Middle School Second Edition have a Teacher Toolkit containing a spiral-bound Investigations Guide and a Teacher Resources book. FOSS Second Edition Elementary, FOSS First Edition Middle School, and FOSS California Edition have one Teacher Guide in a three-ring binder. What is the difference between Basic and Premium Access?
