Setting up your computer: QuickTime plug-in

Do you see something here?

Version 7 or later of the QuickTime plug-in is required. If you do not see a message, or you see the Windows Media Player Icon (Windows Media Player will try to play the movie but will often fail), install the QuickTime plug-in. See below for instructions.

Install the QuickTime plug-in

The QuickTime plug-in is required for all modules K–5.

Click the button below to download and install it off of the web. Select the plug-in for the platform and browser you wish to use.

FOSS does not support the QuickTime plug-in. If you have questions about installation or other features, refer to the Apple website (http://www.info.apple.com/usen/QuickTime/).

Note: Downloading the plug-in could take about 30 minutes over a dial-up or similar-speed connection.
