Teacher Guide Errata
Some printings may contain the following errors.
Investigation 1, page 51, step 7, second paragraph, line 2
"facing north" should be changed on "facing south." The illustration on the next page correctly shows the students facing south.
The text on page 51 should read:
Move to the east-west line you have designated. Ask students to line up with their partners along the line, facing south. Use a piece of sidewalk chalk to mark a big S on the pavement.
