Check the bottles to see that that caps screw on tightly and easily. If there is any problem with the caps, email Delta Customer Service to receive replacement bottles and lids.

Teacher Guide Errata
Some printings may contain the following errors.
Investigation 3, Part 3, Step 2, p. 144
The answer to the question posed in the first bullet should be [One carbon atom and two oxygen atoms.], NOT “three oxygen atoms.”
Investigation 4, Part 2, Step 12, p. 192
The second question under step 12 asks: Are metals alloys? It should read: Are alloys metals? The answer remains the same.
